Gerina Stevenson, who is the Mexican mother from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson, is birthed in Mexico. Stevenson is Mexican and American. She has always been a sports enthusiast. Gerina began to play golf at the age of 15. Gerina finished her high-school education through Goddard High School. While she was in high school, she won her first prize in the New Mexico state golf tournament. She was also a volleyball player and competed on the level of state. Her first college was the University of Texas. As a senior, she took home the top prize in every tournament she participated. In her time at college she won her Conference USA Player of The Year award and The UTEP Female Sport Athelete Award.
